Wonder what caused it to fail a state inspection, and it took a month...


...to make the repair. The only thing I can think of was possibly tires, since they say it has four new ones.

Generally speaking, the asking price seems OK, but would take a good look at the front of the car, since it reported it has "front end damage." Its probably OK if it was properly repaired. Also take a good luck under the car for rust since it came from the Northeast. If it looks good, then go for it.

You probably don't want to undercut the price too much...ask for $500 under asking price and to waive the "processing fee." Give them your name and phone number and walk away.
